Event Description

A webinar during which the University of Texas at Austin explores the value of the flipped classroom model in large enrollment higher education courses
:

  • Why lecture capture was first introduced at UT Austin
  • How lecture capture is deployed on campus
  • What faculty learned about integrating collaborative active learning activities in the large classroom
  • How students reacted to the inversion of the classroom

The UT Austin research team will explain furthermore how use of the flipped classroom model improved student learning, satisfaction, and engagement.
