Kaltura announces Open Capture Standard

During the first day of the Connect Kaltura Conference on June 17th and 18th, Kaltura launched an Open Capture Standard to promote interoperability between different video capturing and publishing tools, and to enable educational institutions to deploy their content in the best possible manner. Collaaj, Winnov, Cattura, and TechSmith amongst other lecture capture solution providers are supporting the standard. Follow the conference with more about Kaltura’s work in the education sector and talks from some university customers on the live stream of Kaltura’s conference on June 17th and 18th between 15:45 and 24:00 CEST on live streaming.
